HOBO PACKETS

SUMMER SAUSAGE HOBO PACKETS

So easy and yummy! Everyone liked it - including Jenna who was eating dinner with us. It says to do them on the grill, but I just cooked them at 400 for about 30 minutes.

WHY I STARTED THIS BLOG:

I can't remember who, but I saw on someones blog that they started a recipe blog. I thought it was a cool idea and just kinda kept it in the back of my mind. I just love to look through my recipe books and trying new recipes. The other day I made a meal and remembered some chicken gravy I had made a couple of months ago that would have gone perfect with this meal. Well I could not remember which recipe book I got that from. I looked and looked and looked. I thought to myself, if I had a recipe blog I would have written that recipe down. So I started this blog. I set it up for a reminder where I found recipes I liked. So if I just list a book and you want the recipe just email me and I will gladly send it to you. Isn't blogging so much fun :-)
