FISH BAKE
Harold Hocker (Pacific Yurts) gave me this recipe. We really liked it. Used it to cook some Bass he had given me.
Sliced onions on bottom of pan
Place fish fillets
Mix together and put on top of fish:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup butter
2 T lemon juice
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
